Shipping Policy
Thank you for ordering from Benko Innovation. We'll do everything we can to make sure you get the product you need and ship it almost anywhere in the world. Starting with concepts, through design & prototyping, to production, delivery, and post-launch support. We'll be a very supportive, helpful and happy partner every step of the way.
We don't just design and manufacture toys – we make sure that they arrive safely and on time. Benko Innovation handles all aspects of transportation and logistics – the toys will arrive at your warehouse or office like a big visit from Santa. All shipping is done at actual cost. We do not markup shipping costs for our customers, so you will always be getting the best shipping rates available.
Once manufacturing is complete and the exact weight and volume of your order are known, all shipping costs will be finalized. If you prefer to handle shipping through your own carrier, we can also quote you a price without all of the above. We'e often called upon to handle rush shipments at ludicrous speeds. During transportation we'll provide regular status updates so you'll know when the toys will arrive in your & your fans'hands.
